Stephanie is a Certified Sexuality Educator, Certified Family Life Educator, and Part-Time Faculty at Concordia University. She is an award-winning sexuality educator who has spent over two decades teaching, training professionals, publishing educational resources, and supporting autistic individuals and neurodivergent communities in building healthy, fulfilling relationships and navigating sexuality with confidence.
Meaghan is a certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach, somatic intimacy coach, educator, and facilitator. She helps people deepen their relationship with their bodies, build nervous system and relational capacity, and cultivate more authentic, pleasurable, and connected intimate lives. Her work integrates somatic practice, sexuality education, and nervous system science to support embodied connection and honour diverse sensory experiences.
